Z TYPE SIFTER SIEVE

These sieves are available in silicon moulded, as well as in stainless steel frame from 20" diameter to 60" diameter, also in special static current passable Sieve S.C.P.S.™ No: 3028589 & 3028590 from 04 mesh to 500 mesh with a complete set of certificates.

TEST SIEVES

These are available in sizes - 4”, 8”, 12”, 18” & 24”. The most common is size 8” diameter in stainless steel 316Q frame and sieve from 04 mesh to 500 mesh with the ‘lead free’ quality. These are available with a complete set of certificates.

SPECIAL STATIC CURRENT PASSABLE SIEVE

(S.C.P.S.) TM No:3028589 & 3028590
These special sieves are developed to dissipate static charge developed during the sifting process. Available from 12” diameter to 60” diameter in normal and 'Z' shaped from 04 mesh to 500 mesh with a complete set of certificates.

HAND SIEVING FRAMES

These are available in various sizes & shapes; commonly used are round and square shapes. These sieves are used for hand filtration or can be attached on a container or drum. These are in 100% lead free sieves from 04 mesh to 500 mesh, with a complete set of certificates.

DETACHABLE SIEVING FRAME

These are specially designed sieves where the user can retain the container and can change the sieve, when required. The sieve is fixed between the top and the bottom portion with a clamp. They are available in various sizes, are 100% lead free and come with a complete set of certificates.

ULTRASONIC VIBRATING SIEVE

Ultrasonic vibrating sieves are an improved version of normal sieves. These sieves are used on ultrasonic sifter machines which are fitted with an ultrasonic system, enabling clients to experience accurate sieving on finer mesh particle size 300 microns or below. These ultrasonic vibrating sieves eliminate the use of bouncing balls and other anti- blockage devices that cause severe problems like delayed sieving process, product contamination and reduced mesh life. They offer better results of sieving for all kinds of powders, especially the sticky and difficult ones, enhancing product quality and integrity.

SILICON MOULDED SIFTER SIEVES

These are available in various sizes from 12” to 60” diameter. The most common sizes used are 20” diameter (550mm) & 30” diameter (750mm). The silicon which is of food grade quality, transparent in appearance and non- toxic is moulded on the stainless steel ring, which is riveted with the wire mesh. The mesh sizes vary from 04 mesh to 500 mesh opening. Available as per A.S.T.M. standard with a complete set of certificates.
